Contact support through your website
Follow these steps to get help directly from your Jimdo Creator website:
The help widget is available for all users. Sending a support ticket via the chatbot is available for paid users.
- Log in to your Jimdo account and select the website you need help with.
- Click Edit Website to switch to edit mode.
- Click the Need help? button in the bottom right to open the help widget.
- Our chatbot provides helpful information and guides you step by step through possible solutions. Relevant Help Center articles will also be shown.
- If you still need assistance, you can send a ticket to our support team using the option No, I still need help.
