How do I contact Support?

In our Jimdo Creator Help Center you’ll find the answers to the most common questions and problems. Take a look to see if your question is answered there.

    1. Log in to your Jimdo account and select the website you need help with.

    2. Click “Edit Website” to switch to edit mode.

    3. Click the “Need help?” button in the bottom right to open the help widget.

    4. Our chatbot provides helpful information and guides you step by step through possible solutions. Relevant Help Center articles will also be shown.

    5. If you still need assistance, you can send a ticket to our support team using the option “No, I still need help”.
