How do I contact Creator Support?

This article explains how to contact support for your Jimdo Creator website. You can get help directly through your website editor, find support if you cannot log in, contact us before becoming a Jimdo customer, or report a legal issue.

Click Need Help? in the lower-right corner.
Describe your question. Our chatbot will try to help.
If that doesn't solve your issue, tell the bot that the answer didn't help.
The bot will ask whether you'd like your case to be handed over to a human colleague.
Confirm this to send a support ticket.
