How do I delete my website through the Jimdo Creator app?

If you don’t need your Jimdo Creator website anymore you can delete it at any time. Find out how to do that via the Jimdo Creator app in this guide:

Deleting paid websites

You can only delete websites with Free plans. If you wish to delete a website with a paid plan, you first need to cancel your subscription.

Deleting your Jimdo Creator website

Android

1. Log in to the Jimdo Creator app
2. Click on the three horizontal lines (≡) to open up the menu on the left hand side
3. Click on the three dots (⋮) and choose Settings
4. At the very bottom you’ll find the button labeled Delete website

iOS

1. Log in to the Jimdo Creator app
2. Click on the profile symbol in the bar at the top of the screen
3. In the profile screen, you’ll see the option Delete website

Important: Please be sure that you want to delete your Jimdo Creator website—once deleted, we can’t restore it!
