Are you seeing this error message when you try to create an email forwarder?
An email account or forwarder with this name already exists.
If so, you’ve probably already created an email account with this same name. Take a look in the menu under Domains & Emails > Email Accounts to find out.
What is an email forwarder?
An email forwarder is an additional email address for an email account that already exists, that doesn’t have it’s own, real, inbox. You can’t answer emails from this forwarder address. Emails that are sent to the email forwarder are instead forwarded to whichever email account you choose. The advantage? You’ll get all the messages from several email addresses in one inbox!
Setting up a forwarder
If you just want to forward emails but don’t need another email address, then forward your emails to your preferred inbox. You can create an email forwarder directly in Webmail for the email account.
