How do I show the background as a full screen image?

Some templates offer the possibility of showing the background as a full screen image. Read here how it works:

Activating the full screen background

1. Log in to your Jimdo account and choose the desired website
2. Click Edit to enter your Jimdo Creator website’s edit mode
3. Go to Menu > Design > Main > Background
4. Click on the gear icon which you’ll see in the top right hand corner of your website
5. Toggle the full screen background on

Please note that with some templates, the full screen background is automatically activated or deactivated. Whether or not the full screen background is available as a function depends on whether it fits with the structure of your template. If the template you’ve chosen doesn’t support the full screen background, you can of course choose another one.
