How do I use the Facebook Element?

Use the Facebook Element to connect your Facebook page with your Jimdo Creator website:

1. Log in to your Jimdo account and choose the desired website
2. Click Edit to enter your Jimdo Creator website’s edit mode
3. Go to the page that you want to place the element on
4. Click on Add Element > More Elements and Add-ons > Facebook Element

Now that the element has been added to the page, you can adjust its settings.

Like button

With the Like button visitors can ‘like’ your website, without needing a direct connection to your Facebook site. You can also customize the design of this button.

Facebook Box

Choose the tab Facebook Box and enter the link to your public Facebook page (fanpage). Now you’ll see a box with your Facebook cover image in. You can also activate a few more features:

Stream

The stream will automatically load an overview of your Facebook posts, and it will update itself with every new post.

Faces

With this feature, visitors will be able to see the profile images of friends and other people who have ‘liked’ your Facebook page.
