You've already set up your email account in Mail, but are unable to send any emails? This might be due to the entered outgoing server. Here's how you can check this setting:
- On your iPhone/iPad, go to Settings and then to Mail
- Under Accounts choose your domain account—so for example ‘youremail@your-domain.xx’
- Here, click on Account again and then under Outgoing mail server choose SMTP
- Where it says Primary server, enter your login details for the outgoing mail server
- Enter the email address as the username
- Enter the corresponding Password
- Enter the following under outgoing server:
Hostname: secure.emailsrvr.com
Use SSL
Authentification: Password
Port: 465, 587, or 8025
Your iPhone or iPad should now be able to send emails without any problems.
