If your iPhone or iPad won’t send any emails, it’s likely something to do with the outgoing server settings. Here’s how to solve the issue:
- On your iPhone/iPad, go to Settings and then to Mail
- Under Accounts choose your domain account—so for example ‘youremail@your-domain.xx’
- Here, click on Account again and then under Outgoing mail server choose SMTP
- Where it says Primary server, enter your login details for the outgoing mail server
- Enter the email address as the username
- Enter the password for your email address
- Enter the outgoing server for your email account:
SMTP using SSL
secure.emailsrvr.com
Port: 465, 587, or 8025
Your iPhone or iPad should now be able to send emails without any problems.
