If you want to connect your Jimdo email account with an external email client, you’ll need some specific server information.
Using the settings below, you can manage your mail traffic using your smartphone or a computer:

Important: Please make sure to use your whole email address as a username.
IMAP or POP3?
The IMAP and POP3 protocols offer different advantages. We recommend choosing one or the other depending on your personal preferences:
- An IMAP protocol will make all emails accessible both in your Webmail and in the external email program of your choice. You can reply, write or delete emails via the Webmail or the email program, and your mailbox will always be up-to-date.
- A POP3 protocol loads your emails directly onto the external email program of your computer/smartphone. Please keep in mind that these messages on the external email program will not be accessible on your Webmail or on another device.
