Payment options in the free plan
With a free Jimdo plan, you can offer the following payment options for orders in your Jimdo Shop:

Payment options in paid Jimdo plans
With a paid Jimdo plan, additional payment options are available for orders in your Jimdo Shop:
Test order, PayPal, Credit card (Stripe for Business customers), Invoice, Payment in advance, Local delivery, Local pickup, Collect on delivery, Check by mail
Payment Options Plus
Customers with paid Jimdo plans in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland can add additional payment providers by purchasing the Payment Options Plus add on.

Why can’t I pay my Jimdo invoice using these payment options?
The payment options described in this article apply only to orders placed in your Jimdo Shop.
They cannot be used to pay Jimdo invoices, subscriptions, or contract renewals.
Do I need a paid Jimdo plan to offer payment options in my shop?
No. With a free Jimdo plan, you can already offer PayPal as a payment option in your Jimdo Shop.
A paid Jimdo plan gives you access to additional payment options.
Why don’t I see all payment options in my shop?
The available payment options depend on your Jimdo plan, your shop settings, and the availability of the payment provider in your country.
Can I offer multiple payment options at the same time?
Yes. You can activate multiple payment options so customers can choose their preferred payment method during checkout.
Can I add my own or unsupported payment options?
No. You can only use the payment options that are available in the Jimdo Shop settings.
It is not possible to manually add custom payment options or external providers that are not supported by Jimdo.
