If you’ve connected your Jimdo Creator website using a Business, Shop, or Platinum plan with the external provider shipcloud, then you can automatically send customers a link to track their shipped package. Here’s how it works:
- Log in to your Jimdo account and choose the desired website
- Click Edit to enter your Jimdo Creator website’s edit mode
- In the menu, go to Store > Settings > Emails and Texts and scroll to the section Shipping Confirmation Email
- Insert the placeholder {Tracking-Link} in the text box, where you want the link to be added
- Save your changes
When you mark an order, that you used shipcloud for, as ‘sent’, a link to the shipping tracking will automatically insert in the placeholder.
Please note that you’ll only see the placeholder {Tracking-Link} if your website is connected to shipcloud.
