We’re excited to hear you want to upgrade your Jimdo website. Depending on the plan you’re using, there are different upgrade options available.
Upgrade from Free to Pro or Business
To upgrade your Free plan, follow these steps.
- Log in to your Jimdo account and choose the desired website.
- Click Edit to open the Jimdo Creator editor.
- Go to Upgrade in the menu.
- Choose the plan that fits your needs and click Order now.
- Select the contract length and enter your personal details.
- Review your information and click Buy now.
Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and can start using the new features of your Jimdo plan right away.
After upgrading, you can connect your own domain to your Jimdo Creator website. You can register a new domain, transfer an existing one to Jimdo, or forward your domain from your current provider.
Upgrade from Pro to Business
If you already have a Pro plan and want to switch to Business, follow these steps.
- Log in to your Jimdo account and choose the desired website.
- Click Edit to open the Jimdo Creator editor.
- Go to Upgrade and select View the offer for the Business plan.
- You’ll see the exact upgrade price calculated to the day. Click Order now to complete the upgrade.
Good to know: Any unused time from your Pro plan is automatically deducted from the Business plan price. This means you can upgrade at any time without paying twice.
