Depending on the element, there are different requirements for image sizes and formats. Using optimized image sizes helps your website load faster and improves performance.
Maximum image size
Photo
Maximum 1820 × 1000 in png, jpg or gif format.
Text with Photo
Maximum 1280 × 1024 in png, jpg or gif format.
Photo Gallery
Maximum 1820 × 1280 in png, jpg or gif format.
Store Item
Maximum 1280 × 1024 in png, jpg or gif format.
Background image
Minimum 1600 × 1000 in png, jpg or gif format.
Logo
The maximum size depends on your design. Use png, jpg or gif format.
Maximum upload size
Depending on your Creator plan, there are limits for image file sizes:
- Creator Free: up to 10 MB
- Creator paid plans: up to 100 MB
- Logo: up to 5 MB
- Background image: up to 10 MB
Note: There is also a limit for image resolution. An image can contain a maximum of 112500000 pixels regardless of file size or format.
Example: An image with 15000 × 7500 pixels equals 112500000 pixels.
