How do I change my login email address?

Follow these steps if you want to change the login for your Jimdo account.
Please note that you can only use email addresses that are not already linked to another Jimdo account. In that case, you should transfer the Creator website to the other Jimdo account.

Change login email address

1. Log in to your Jimdo account
2. Click the account icon in the top right corner and go to Account Settings
3. Select the Emails tab (you can also skip steps 2 and 3 by using this link to the email page)
4. Enter the new email address in the lower field and click Add email address
5. You should now receive an email with a confirmation link in the inbox of the new address. Click the Confirm now button in the email
6. Go back to your email overview in your dashboard
7. Click the Set as primary button next to your new email
8. Done! You can now remove the old email address by clicking the trash icon in the email overview
