Resetting the password for your Jimdo account
- Click on the following link to start the reset of your password: Reset password
- Enter the email address you use for your Jimdo account and then click Reset Password
- We’ll then send you an email to the email address you entered. Click the link in the email. Please note that the link is valid for 60 minutes
- Enter a new password for your Jimdo account in the new window. Confirm it by clicking on Change password
- Log back in to your Jimdo account
Note: If you're using the social media login to log in at Jimdo, you'll have to reset your password at the service of your choice (i.e. Google or Facebook).
