Do you need to transfer your Jimdo contract to another person or entity? This can be done directly in your Jimdo account. No additional contact with support is required.
How to transfer your Jimdo contract
Follow these steps in your Jimdo account to change the contract owner.
- Log in to your Jimdo account and choose the desired website.
- Click Edit to enter your Creator website’s edit mode.
- At the very bottom of the menu, click Subscription.
- Scroll to Subscription owner and invoice recipient and follow the link Do you want to update your account information in your Jimdo contract?.
- Enter the new contract owner’s information in the form and save your changes.
- A PDF will be generated automatically. Click Download and print the form.
- Check that all information is correct, sign the form, and follow the remaining instructions in the document.
What happens next
Send us the completed and signed form.
No further contact with support is necessary. Once we receive the form, we will automatically take care of the contract transfer.
Please note that the change will be reflected on your next invoice.
If you have completed all steps and sent us the signed form, you do not need to do anything else.
