How do I pay the invoice for my Jimdo website?

Quickly and easily settle your invoices directly through your Jimdo Creator website.

Settling an invoice through your website

Our invoices don’t include any bank details (e.g. IBAN or account number) because all payments are processed directly through our secure online payment page. Here's how to proceed:

1. Log in to your Jimdo account and choose the desired website
2. Click Edit to enter your Jimdo Creator website’s edit mode
3. Open the menu at the top left
4. Click on Invoices at the very bottom
5. Scroll to the section Open Invoices
6. Click on the button Details
    

Using the pay link sent via email

To settle your invoice, you may also use the secure pay link we send via email for every order or contract renewal.

In case you’ve permanently deposited your payment method (credit card or SEPA direct debit), you will not receive a payment link.
