Because we love the environment, we don’t send invoices in the mail. Instead, you can find all of your past invoices on your dashboard or your Jimdo Creator website.
Downloading an invoice
You can download all paid invoices. This is how to do it:
- Log in to your Jimdo account and choose the desired website
- Click Edit Website to enter your Jimdo Creator website’s edit mode
- At the very bottom of the Menu, click on Invoices
- Scroll to the section Your paid invoices
- Click on the button Invoice
Your invoice will now automatically download to your device in PDF form, so you can check and process it as necessary.
Send your invoice to a different E-Mail address
You can choose which E-Mail address should receive your invoices. Alternatively, you can forward an existing invoice yourself.
Option 1: Change the E-Mail address for future invoices
- Log in to your Jimdo account and choose the desired website
- Click Edit Website to enter your Jimdo Creator website’s edit mode
- Open the menu in the top left
- Go to Subscription
- Under Subscription owner and invoice recipient, you will find your current details and a link to change them
- Update the E-Mail address and save your changes
Important: This change only applies to future invoices. An already issued invoice will not be sent again to the new E-Mail address.
Option 2: Forward the invoice manually
You can download the current invoice as a PDF and then send it to another E-Mail address yourself.
