How do I cancel additional products?

Do you have additional products for your Jimdo Creator website, like domains and email packages, that you don’t need anymore? You can cancel these any time up to four weeks before the renewal date.

Canceling Additional Products

To cancel additional products, just follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Jimdo account and choose the desired website
2. Click Edit to enter your Jimdo Creator website’s edit mode
3. At the very bottom of the menu click on Subscription
4. Go to the Extras section
5. Click on Cancel next to the products you don’t need anymore

Done! You’ll receive an email from us to confirm the cancellation.

Note

Please check early enough before the renewal date if you still need your additional products, as invoices cannot be changed later in time.
