How do I reset my password?

Resetting the password for your Jimdo account

1. Click on the following link to start the reset of your password: Reset password
2. Enter the email address you use for your Jimdo account and then click Reset Password
3. We’ll then send you an email to the email address you entered. Click the link in the email. Please note that the link is valid for 60 minutes
4. Enter a new password for your Jimdo account in the new window. Confirm it by clicking on Change password
5. Log back in to your Jimdo account

Note: If you're using the social media login to log in at Jimdo, you'll have to reset your password at the service of your choice (i.e. Google or Facebook).
