How do I create a safelist for my Webmail email account?

With a safelist you can make sure that emails from certain email addresses will always reach you, and aren’t just sorted into the spam folder of your Webmail email account.

Creating a Safelist

Here’s how to use a safelist in your Webmail email account:

1. Log in to your Webmail account
2. In the top right hand corner click on the three lines (☰) and then on Settings
3. Go to Spam settings and click on the Safelist tab
4. Here you can enter all the domains, email addresses, and IP addresses that you want to receive emails from in your safelist
5. Click Save
