How do I create a blocklist for my Webmail email account?

If you’re receiving spam or unwanted emails from a certain address, you can add this address to the blocklist of your Webmail email account.

Setting up a blocklist

Here’s how to create a blocklist for your email account in Webmail:

1. Log in to your Webmail account
2. In the top right hand corner, click on the three lines (☰) and then on Settings
3. Go to Spam Settings and click on the tab Blocklist
4. Enter the domains, email addresses and IP addresses that you don’t want to receive emails from anymore in to your blocklist
5. Click Save
