After adding store items and setting up payment methods on your Jimdo Creator website, you should configure your shipping settings. Think about which countries you want to send your products to and how much you want to charge for shipping.
Creating new shipping costs
To add new shipping costs, go to menu and then to Store > Settings > Shipping costs:
- Click on Add shipping destination
- Choose a country or a region
- Enter your shipping costs and if applicable, choose from the additional shipping options
- Click Save
If you create shipping costs for a whole region, then these shipping costs will be applied to every country within that region.
No shipping to this area
You can define that no shipping is offered for specific countries or regions. For this, use the option No shipping to this area.
- Go to Store > Settings > Shipping costs
- Click on Add shipping destination
- Choose the country or region
- Enable No shipping to this area
- Click Save
The selected country or region will appear in your shipping list, but customers will not be able to place orders for that destination.
Special features
With the Creator Business, Creator Shop and Creator Platinum plan, you have the option of creating tag-based or weight-based shipping available to you.
You can also offer free delivery to customers for individual store items or entire orders.
