When you sign up for a new subscription for a Jimdo website, payment is due immediately.
We offer our premium plans with terms of 12 or 24 months. You pay for your plan once and in advance of your contract length.
If you no longer want to continue your subscription, please make sure to cancel at least one month before the renewal date. Otherwise, your subscription will automatically renew for another 12 or 24 months (depending on the contract length you originally selected), and the corresponding payment will be charged again.
