You can keep your domain even after cancelling your Jimdo contract.
Continue using your domain
Jimdo does not offer standalone domain hosting. To keep using your domain, you need to transfer it to another provider.
When cancelling your contract, select that you would like to continue using your domain. We will then send the AuthCode required for the transfer to the Admin C email address linked to the domain.
Alternatively, you can request the AuthCode directly from your dashboard at any time.
