If you iPhone can’t display your Jimdo Creator website, there’s generally a couple reasons for this:
- There are too many tabs open in your iPhone browser (Safari)
- The cache can’t handle your request
The first step is to close all the open tabs, and then clear the Safari cache. Here’s how to do that:
- Go to the iPhone Settings app
- Go to the section Safari
- Scroll down and choose Clear History and Website Data
Now try and start Safari again. Your Jimdo Creator website should now load without any problems.
