The most common cause for the menu (
in the top left corner of your Creator website) not displaying correctly, or not displaying at all, has to do with the JavaScript settings of your browser.
The first thing to do is to check whether JavaScript is activated in your browser and if it’s completely up-to-date.

Extensions
Occasionally it can be the case that an extension on your website or in your browser is blocking the JavaScript from displaying. To solve this, make sure that:
- Your browser isn’t using any extensions which might stop JavaScript from displaying properly
- You don’t have any widgets embedded on your website which influence JavaScript in any way
