Do you have additional products for your Jimdo Creator website, like domains and email packages, that you don’t need anymore? You can cancel these any time up to four weeks before the renewal date.
Note: If you're using Dolphin and would like to change a feature of your contract, please contact our support team .
Canceling additional products
To cancel additional products, just follow these steps:
- Log in to your Jimdo account and choose the desired website .
- Click Edit Website to enter your Jimdo Creator website’s edit mode.
- At the very bottom of the menu, click on Subscription.
- Go to the Extras section.
- Click on Cancel Extras next to the products you don’t need anymore.
Done! You’ll receive an email from us to confirm the cancellation.
Important note
Please check early enough before the renewal date if you still need your additional products, as invoices cannot be changed later in time.
