Hosting a domain is only possible if you’re using a paid Creator plan, as you can only register and use your own domains with these plans.
Transferring a domain to Jimdo
You can transfer your domain from your current domain provider to Jimdo at any time. After the transfer, the domain will be hosted by Jimdo.
It’s also possible to transfer your domain from Jimdo to another provider whenever you like. Please note that the content of your Jimdo Creator website is not transferred with the domain, and email accounts are not included either.
Limitations with Creator Free
It’s not possible to connect your own domain with the Creator Free plan. Without a paid Creator plan, you can’t purchase or host a domain with Jimdo.
