Hosting a domain is only possible if you’re using a premium plan with your Jimdo Creator website, as you can only register own domains with these plans.
Transferring a domain to Jimdo
You can transfer your domain from your current domain host to Jimdo at any time. After the transfer, the domain will then be hosted by Jimdo. The transfer of a domain from Jimdo to another provider is also possible at any time. Please note though, that the content of a Jimdo Creator website isn’t transferred with the domain, nor are email accounts.
It’s not possible to connect your own domain with a Free plan. Without a premium plan, it’s not possible to buy or host a domain with Jimdo at all.
